Mission

The Laymen’s Mission, in a nut shell, is to give wholehearted support to the three prong mission thrust of the Convention; to inform and inspire people to invest in Christian missions.

ONGOING MISSION EFFORTS

The past and ongoing work includes evangelism, education, health care and hunger relief. Occasionally the laymen are afforded opportunities for short-term mission service trips, evangelism and fact-finding tours, as well as general exposure tours. In the year 2001, we shared in a project with the women of the convention to purchase a bus for the work in Liberia. Now, there is a continuing project to provide additional motor bikes and other urgent needs of our mission partners around the world.
